Gray Performance was developed to help schools, athletes and companies that do not have the luxury of a full-time Strength & Conditioning coach, utilize weight training to help improve health and strength.

We use strength training to maximize the physical capabilities of each athlete; making them more robust and less prone to injury.

We design comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the whole person, and do so in a safe and effective manner.
