BIOGRAPHY

Keith Gray has worked in the field of Strength & Conditioning for over 25 years, serving athletes of all ages, experience and skill level.  Coach Gray was named a Master Strength & Conditioning Coach (MSCC) by the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa). He was also honored by the NSCA as a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach Emeritus (RSCC*E).

Coach Gray most recently served as the Director of Sports Performance for St. Luke's University Health Network, where he led a staff of over 30 coaches who oversaw strength training programs at high schools throughout the Lehigh Valley of PA.

Prior to that, Coach Gray spent 9 seasons as a strength and conditioning coach with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he coached 16 Pro bowl players, won 3 NFC East titles and Super Bowl LII. 

Prior to making the move to the NFL, Coach Gray spent 13 seasons at the University of Georgia, 3 years working at Auburn University, while beginning his career at Southern Illinois University. Coach Gray helped  16 teams reach bowl games, worked with 44 All-American athletes, 16 First-Round NFL draft picks, and was a part of 8 SEC Championship teams and 3 National Championship teams.

Coach Gray was a football letterman at Virginia Tech from 1991-1994, earning the Hokie's highest strength & conditioning honor, Super Iron Hokie.

Coach Gray is a native of Stuart, VA and lives in Woodbury, NJ with his wife Sara and their 3 dogs; Gatsby, Sabrena and Scout.
